BRANCH/CENTRAL
RETINAL VEIN OCCLUSION

Central and Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion are conditions characterised by the blockage of the central retinal vein or its branches, leading to significant vision impairment. These occlusions, caused by a variety of factors, result in the disruption of normal retinal blood flow.

In addition to standard in vitro models for evaluating permeability and endothelial functionality, we offer an in vivo retinal vein occlusion model. This robust platform is designed for testing various therapeutics, allowing for comprehensive assessment of efficacy and exploration of different mechanisms of action.
